Is it just me or are the "borders" in iOS 14 more than double in thickness?

First screenshot taken from iPhone 11 iO13 second from iPhone 7 iOS14... which makes it even worse as the screen is overall smaller...

Is there anyway to adjust that or did Apple just fu.. this up?
