Is it just me or is the battery life on the iPhone 12 pro max just brilliant? My previous was 11 pro max and sure it drained faster than this? That was on 95% health. This is obviously 100% health but seems to be lasting far longer than my old one. So chuffed with this 12 pro max. Screen is ice white (had many yellow screens over the years), feels gorgeous in the hand and the slightly bigger screen seems a lot bigger than I thought. Oh and the brightness of the screen is amazing. Waaay brighter than the 11 pro max.

I was thinking the same. I come from a XS max and it’s lasting way longer. Wasn’t even fully charged at 11am when I got it and it’s still on 29% even after setting up, testing, couple of pics/videos taken.

The 11 Pro Max had better battery life than the XS Max. Supposedly the 11 and 12 Pro Max batteries have similar battery life though.
From what I’ve seen on YouTube tests, the 12 pro max is about 10% worse than the 11 pro max. I had this delivered at 2:20pm and it had 72% battery. I’ve done an update, played Apple Arcade a few times, taken some video, photos, been using it pretty much solid since then and it’s still on 34% now. No way my 11 pro max was that good.

Well I think it’s fair to say that I was right. The battery life on this is epic. Haven’t left it alone all day and still 61% left. I’d be close to empty on my 11 pro max usually.
