But correct me if I'm wrong, don't you need someone to break into your house before they are caught on cam? It's indoors right. So what will it do if it has no 'outside the house deterrent factor'. Or is it just a brilliant way to spy on your other half while your out of the house?

It does indeed look cool.

(This isn't a discussion thread, so I'll limit it to this: Cameras have very little deterrent factor. They're for identifying the perps afterward.)

For me, I would point it outside the window to keep an eye on my car. Been damaged before
