I saw one on campus today, and what really struck me is the overall size as it was sitting there closed. Then the guy opened it up and it still looked small, maybe compact was how I would describe it. Just looked kinda' like a chubby MBA, but that's me being me. It still looked really nice...:p

I've had one since Saturday. I was in an Apple store today and was struck by how much bigger the MBP is.

I truly think MB 2.0 is the nicest looking notebook Apple has made to date, with the 12" Powerbook a close second.

I think it is a MBA maxi-me. It is tiny tiny. And much lighter and thinnner than you expect. Honestly, if I was shopping for a MBA....I would be sure to look closely at its big brother, the macbook. :)

yes, it is indeed very small. Very nice and compact, yet solidly built.

I played with one today at the Apple store for a couple of hours trying to decide between the macbook and macbook air.

All i can say is the new macbook makes the decision very hard. Lighter, not creaky, and looks wise, its nice.

Only downsides in my opinion were the trackpad, and very reflective screen.
