Ok, im trying to jailbreak ios 7.0.4 iphone 4 CDMA with Ragebreak 1.2.1 on windows 7 X64, now my problem is this http://pastebin.com/r2SRuCkN, i get that on the ssh window every time, doesnt matter what version, anyone know whats happening?

From the errors it's generating, it looks like you would have to have a Windows 32bit installation.
there is no 7.0.4 jailbreak yet.

Ragebreak is a more DIY version of jailbreak and it works with iOS 7.0.4, but only on the iPhone 4.

You can uninstall java and install the 32 bit version of java I think, but you need to find a 32 bit installer online. That might work.
