is it no longer possible to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to AppleTV 4K?

I had a Bluetooth keyboard paired to it for at least a year and half and it worked just fine until a few days ago. I thought the batteries went day, but new AA batteries didn't make any difference. I went out and bought two Bluetooth keyboards from two different brands. Both were still not recognized by my AppleTV's settings Bluetooth menu.

I have two AppleTV 4K in my house, each is linked to a different iCloud account. This is happening on both of them...

Then it occurred to me that the Bluetooth setup up menu in the AppleTv didn't evey say keyboard anymore.... :

Please help...

Thanks!

Look under Remotes and Devices, Other Devices, Bluetooth to pair mice, keyboards, etc.

I unpaired my Apple Alumium keyboard from my Mac and paired it with my ATV 4th Gen. It worked fine. I unpaired it from the ATV 4th Gen and then paired it to my ATV 4K. It worked fine also.

Any devices in "pairing mode" should show up under Other Devices, once you click Bluetooth.

Hi there,

I'm having the same problem with my ps4 controllers. They work fine on my 2015 TV HD but they don't show up on the 2021 4K. On the 2020 iPad Air no problems either. Looks like the 2021 isn't compatible with older bluetooth devices?
