Is it now too late to enroll in AUP and finance a 7?

The new models really didn't impress me. I want to see if I can still get my hands on a 256GB 7 Plus through Apple financing before stock runs out, is it too late for that now? Or do I have to wait for the 8s to come out and wait a month or two for the chaos to die down?

Would the 256 even have a discounted price?

I just don't want to do it through T-Mobile, I don't want the crappy Intel GSM-only version.

Apple store no longer carries 256 GB 7 Plus in stock and all has been sent back as it's no longer available, since it's no longer in their inventory. Also the iUP/AUP only works on the latest model so it's the 8/8+/X. Usually when the latest model comes out, iUP no longer valid for previous models. So yes it would be too late to enroll in AUP to get the 7.
