I was updating my iPhone 4 to firmware 4.3.1, after updating it "backs up," this back up was taking extra long for me. The phone rang, and I answered it. iTunes still says it's backing up but my iPhone no longer says it's syncing. Did I screw up the update?

Unplug and plug it back.
If it's backing up or syncing and the phone rings I think it interrupts it.
