Curious if leaving your laptop constantly plugged in causes a issue? My friend and I both have late 2011 mac Book airs and he just stated that leaving it plugged in during use can damage it? Never used mobile.

That sounds odd, searched for issues but did not find any that pop out.

Any ideas?

Thanks

It's perfectly normal to leave your macbook air plugged in. I do it all the time

I'd only worry if there was a blackout. If the magsafe adapter was connected to a surge protector, your MBA should still be fine.

This will reduce your battery life significantly. Ideally you want to full charge and run it down as low as possible and repeat
