Is it OK to use your iPhone while charging after completely draining it?

They say do 1 full charge cycle a month for the health of your iPhone battery.

So let's say I run it down to 0% charge then plug it in.

If I use it while charging will it count for 1 full charge cycle once it reaches 100% battery even if I'm using it?

Yes, Li-on battery are pretty fool proof. It will all be fine.

Great. Glad to finally get that answered and off my chest. Always worried about it since I bought my iPhone 3G two years ago.
