Hello.

This is going to make me sound newbie, but I've never skipped an OS upgrade for as long as I've been using Macs. Right now I'm on Lion 10.7.2, and I'm wondering if I should just upgrade to 10.7.5 and skip the version in between, or if I should gradually upgrade. Are there any pros/cons?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

This is not a concern. Whenever you upgrade via Software Update you will be taken to the most recent version of your OS irrespective of the version that you are running.

Apple long ago mastered the Combo update, which Microsoft apparently still has yet to discover, even for Office on the Mac. There is no need to go through the incremental steps to reach a particular software version.
