iPad Is it Possible? (external HDD+web interface => torrent)

I want to plug a HDD to my Airport Extreme.... is there a web interface service or application where i can download torrents and any other file using my iPad and the external HDD?....should i buy a synology diskstation?

Not that I am aware of.

If you have an instance of uTorrent running somewhere (this may work on the Diskstation, you'd have to find out) you can use uTorrent Remote to manage your downloads through any web interface, including iOS devices, and it works quite well.

A Synology Diskstation will do this. All you have to do is download the DS Download app and install the downloader package on the Diskstation.

You can use 3rd party players to play these formats without transcoding.

Or Use for example qnap like ts-x51 series with celeron, that will transcode on the fly for you.
