Is it possible for a lyric app to corrupt a song?

I know its a stupid question, please bear with me

Im really paranoid about this and i have no idea how iTunes handles this.

I downloaded an app called Get Lyrical to put lyrics on all my songs

Is it possible that somehow how it could corrupt some songs? I've been doing album by album and it seems to be fine...do you think it would have a problem tagging my whole library? I only have around 3000 songs

No, it can't corrupt your music. Get Lyrical works great! I've used it on my library, which is about 10 times the size of yours.
