Is it possible that the case I have on my iPhone 6+ is making the audio quality bad??

For some reason the audio sounds really muddled, especially at low volumes. Can it be the case? When I put my hand near the speaker it seems to make the quality better, which is weird. Thanks for any info.

Best buy insignia black. It's just a temporary case until better stuff comes out for the 6+. It's actually not bad, just not protective enough for me.

Does it sound better without the case? If so, then yes, it's the case.

Also, when you put your hand near the speaker, it bounces the sound off your hand, which is why it sounds better.
