I have the latest Aperture and iPhoto. Aperture is killing my Macbook Air every time I import photos and I'm not able to look at them for a long time without stalling and the Apple wheel spinning.

I don't really use most of Apertures features and like some of iPhoto better (such as the ability to import from Mail.all).

But I can't find a friggin' way to migrate back! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, looks promising (though it is for a two year old version of Aperture...)!

I'm surprised at how few people have the same desire I do to switch back to iPhoto. Aperture is excruciatingly slow even on something as high end as an i7 Macbook Air.

Yea, I noticed that it was a version or so behind, but it was all I could seem to find.

Please post back to let us know if that worked.
