Is it possible to buy a non-hissing iPhone 7 now?

Hey guys,

I was wondering whether you could share with me some thoughts on your recently purchased iPhones 7. As far as I understood, the new batches (42 week and later) seem to be hissfree. Hopefully, it is safe to finally buy a new iPhone now: I do not want to go throught the replacement lottery again.

Could you please indicate the production week of your device and tell us whether you have a hissing issue or not? Thanks.

There is no guarantee with what week you purchase the iPhone 7 with hissing. Mine is week 34, with no hissing at all.

I still don't understand all the fuss about the "hissing". I have a first batch JB iPhone 7 and the only way I can even remotely hear it is in a completely silent room while my phone is running a benchmark and the back of my phone pressed against my ear. I have not been able to get any regular application/game to cause my phone make any kind of noise, let alone hear it during normal usage.
