Is it possible to buy from Apple.ca with American credit card?

Apple is unable to accept credit cards associated with a billing address outside of Canada. - That comes directly from Apple.Ca's website.

Is there any way I could use an American credit card (Visa or Amex) on the Canadian Apple Store's website?

The shipping address would be in Canada, but the billing address is American.

Is it possible to get a temporary Canadian billing address for cases such as this one?

Thank you, hopefully someone knows, it's driving me crazy!

Can't you talk to your bank in the US and ask them to add your Canadian address to the credit card?
