I paid 86 bucks with tax for an extra power cable for a Magsafe 2 65w but I also got the extension that comes with it. I don't need that.

Does anyone sell the just the brick with the attached cable for cheaper than 86 bucks?

The 60W MagSafe 2 is sold by Apple for $79. No, they don't sell a cheaper unit without the extension. You can also buy it from B&H Photo without tax if you don't live in NY.

Apple has them, but I think they're only for warranty replacements (they're kept behind the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store). They gave me that part to replace the MagSafe for my 09 MBP (part of the recall for original T-shaped MagSafe cables). I still have the original extension cable.

The expensive part is the brick itself. I doubt you'd save much money anyway.
