My parents just said that I could put our older computer in my room, but I'm not getting an Internet cable put in. I have wifi, and I was wondering if I can connect my computer to the Internet through my iPod? (sorry if this may seem like a stupid question, but I don't know that much about computors)

You mean like connect the iPod to the wifi and then the iPod to the computer via the USB cable? I am certain that this is not possible. But if you have wifi, why not connect directly to the wifi and have internet access. Or am I missing something, I am not a computer crack either.

I'm assuming that your iPod is an iPod touch, right. What you're asking isn't really possible with an iPod touch, since it's already using its wifi connection to receive.

Since you already have wifi in your house, you're better off getting a wifi card for the computer. Who knows, it may already have wifi capabilities. What kind of computer is it?

Thanks for the advice, I had one of my friends, who is a computer geek, look at it, and he found out that it does have wifi.
