Is it possible to connect my Desktop PC to the new iMacs?

Hi,

I am going to purchase a new iMac today and I was wondering if it is possible to somehow connect my Desktop PC to the iMac ?

I have an ATI 6870 on my PC, which supports Mini Displayport, HDMI and DVI.

I don't see any of these ports on the new iMacs. Can thunderbolt be used....?
