Is it possible to consolidate app data from two different Apple account?

I have two iPhones with two different Apple IDs. I got messages all over the place. My Apple Wallet also has items like boarding passes in one phone and in the other. Is it possible to merge all of my messages from iPhone #1 and iPhone #2? If not, can I export the messages to iPhone #1 and I'll import them into iPhone #2? What about the items in Apple Wallet if I want all the data in one account?
