Is it possible to “customise” iOS 16 Lock Screen Widgets

On the main home screen I can press and hold the calendar widget and I am given the option to customise the widget display - eg select which calendars I want displayed in the widget. I can do the same on my watch.

This doesn’t seem possible on the Lock Screen calendar widget. I am unable to filter out a colleague’s calendar and I won’t want their appointments displaying on my Lock Screen. I don’t want to delete their calendar because I do need to see their stuff.

I am bringing this topic back to the top because I have a reminder widget on the lock screen. In my main display, the reminder widget is my 'today' list, which is what I want on the lockscreen. But I am not getting that - I am getting future dated reminders, which is of no use.

I followed the above instructions and tapped the widget in edit mode, but I am unable to select the list. Or even have the list that matches my list on the main screen. It just shows me a useless reminder list that I don't want. Is there a way to customize the list used?
