Is it possible to downgrade OSX from 10.5.8 to 10.5.7?
I've never done this before. Is it a matter of just downloading 10.5.7 and re-installing?

If you have a time machine backup, you could roll back but you'd lose files if you didn't back them up somewhere else. Otherwise, you'd have to do an archive-install.

PremierePro CS5 is officially compatible with 10.5.7. It may work in 10.5.8 but i would rather keep safe.

That means 10.5.7 or later. 10.5.7 is the minimum requirement. Of course, it's compatible with 10.5.8.

I found out and you are correct. In most cases i would assume 'and above...but some software i use is picky. Like Pro Tools, etc, so i wanted to be on the safe side. Thanks for the feedback.
