depends on how you want to do it. If you want a fresh and clean library then just copy/ rename the old iTunes folder from Music/iTunes, dump the 8.2 app and install the 8.0.2. It will then create a new library for you. But you'll have to import everything again, all artwork, settings, everything.

I wouldn't change just the .app since there might be some new features the old version doesn't understand hence producing errors.
