Is it possible to get company discount if I'm not primary?

If I'm on a family plan with my wife and it's under her name, is there any way to have my companies AT&T discount applied?

Company discount is only applied to the primary line so you could either have your discount on the primary line or your wife.

So if I had the base Iphone family plan and two Iphones, one for me and one for my wife, the 14% discount my company has would be able to apply but only to 50% of the bill even though the account would be under my wifes name?

Your wife's line will be considered primary so the main charges gets put on her line and your line will be assessed $9.99 plus the data plan. The discount will go on her line and the discount will only be applied to her line only.
