is it possible to have the phone not make any other noises except the keyboard click? I guess what I am asking is put everything on silent except the click.

Was the title changed then? Also if you don't plan on helping why comment?

Back to the OP, I don't think it's possible. I'm not positive but I don't know anyway to silent everything else but not just keeping the keyboard clock on.

yes, the title was "is this possible?".

put every notification off for every app in settings.
