Is it possible to have two Skype accounts on same iPhone?

I've got Skype on my MBP, and the Skype app on my iPhone. Now I'd like to buy a Skype number on behalf of an organisation so the calls are diverted to my iPhone. Is it possible to have both on the same phone as separate accounts? I'm intending to buy an iP4 next week if one's available.

I tried the Skype website but couldn't find what I wanted and emailed their customer service which generated an automatic reply to check the website. :(
