Is it possible to install an internal Memory card reader?

Anyone know if it's possible to install an internal memory card reader? I was looking at something like this

It would be cool to somehow put it in the bottom optical bay. Anyone ever do anything like this? Sorry I'm kind of new the Mac Pro scene. Thanks

Possible but not really usable. Don't do it.
