I'm trying to find out how to simply mass-share custom ringtones with other iOS (and Android) users, who might only have a phone/tablet but no Mac or Windows computer to use iTunes to install/sync the ringtones through.
I ask for a person I know on Twitter, who made a political-themed track and wants to be able to share a ringtone from it with others, hopefully by just giving them a download link and they can quickly install it with only their phones.

Is this possible? Install ringtones downloaded from anywhere, with only your iPhone? If no, is there any other recommendation or suggestion, app or service, hopefully free, that is simple?
