Is it possible to install new video drivers?

Hi all,

just put XP on my new iMac 20" so I can use RealFlight G3 r/c simulator. The screen is a bit "glitchy" on some simulations. RealFlight support recommend installing latest ATI drivers for Radeon X 1600.
Anyone know if this is possible, or will Windows thru BootCamp only work
with the BootCamp-produced drivers?
If it is possible, could someone please outline the process? I'm totally new to the whole Windows thing!
