Is it possible to Jailbreak an iPod touch 2g "MC" from iOS4 to 4.0.2 yet?

I upgraded my iPod Touch 2g MC Model by apple official software upgrade by accident and I was told it is impossible for me to jailbreak my ipod because you need to go to 3.1.3. Well I found a way to install cydia by going to a site and jailbreaking it, but enough rambling on,

Can I go from iOS4 to 4.0.2 using redsnow or something? I searched this but I dont know if its possible yet? Someone please let me know!
