Is it possible to limit the app only for certain hours to be used?

I want to limit my kids to only be allowed to you some video apps during 4-5pm. Is that possible? I know with Screen Time you can set TOTAL time limit for the day but not certain hours.

If the kids iPad is under family share (not sure the name) then you can control the time used on specific apps.

It Seems that it’s only time limit overall, but you can lock the iPad from 4 to 5 and then set up what apps there is allowed.

I think that only global usage time can be set. But you could set the time limit on the iPad and additionally configure your router to allow access to certain websites or services only in the allowed time interval.
