Is it possible to make an application out of a widgeT?

Hi. I want to make an application out of an web widget. I dont want to use it as a widget because if I close my dashboard, it refreshes again and it erases my chat history. If someone knows a way, please help me.

I don't think you can do it because web clip only works with dashboard

Well I just downloaded Fluid. I'll give it a try. I'll check Prism in a second, if Fluid doesn't convince me. Thanks for your quick replys.
