Is it possible to pre-order using multiple gift cards & credit card?

I have 3 gift cards totaling $230 I'd like to put towards pre-ordering my iPad. Does the apple website or the Apple Store app allow you to enter multiple Visa/MC gift cards, in addition to your CC to pay the balance with, when checking out online?

I'd also like to know if you can use gift cards plus cash at a store. Or will I have to wait till they are in stock (or deposit the cash)?
