Is it possible to remote into an iPad screen using an iPhone

I have a friend who is starting a business, and was going to use a square iPad stand, but wants to be able to monitor the item being ordered and the process without having to swivel the iPad stand back and forth countless times an hour.

Are there any apps that can do this? The iPad will be connected to the hotspot created by the iPhone if that matters.
