Hi all,

My GF has an iPad2 that I (kindly) jailbroke for her.
Unfortunately, that was about a year ago, and now a couple of her tweaks/apps aren't working anymore (particularly Movie Box.) I've tried to uninstall and reinstall these tweaks but Cydia itself does not even start up.

My thoughts were to (if possible) simply "reset" the iPad so that the jailbreak remains intact but all tweaks are removed. Is this possible? Are there any other options to resolve this?

Is it possible to restore the iPad to factory settings, then re-jailbreak it, or would that mean I'd be forced to upgrade to iOS7.1?

Thanks.

Give Semi-Restore a try, maybe it'll work for you. Make sure you backup first. Resetting a Jailbroken device is a big no no.
