Is it possible to run an iPhone app on my Mac?

I need to use the app "Fatbooth" for some research I'm doing. I need to process 20 photos, and that would be tedious if done on my iPhone. Is there a way to run the app on my MacBook?

Yes, If you happen to have the source code for said application, then you can compile and run it in the iPhone Simulator. Otherwise no.

OSX and iOS are not compatible and interchangeable OSes
