Is it possible to sell a downloaded copy of Aperture 2?

Hopefully this is the right forum for this question. I couldn't find the answer to it in the search.

I'm thinking of buying a computer that has Aperture 2 on it already (downloaded). Is it possible or even legal to sell it, as long as I have the serial number?

As long as it is unregistered and not currently in use.
