Is it possible to set up another wireless Router with my Extreme?

So, I have an Airport Extreme as my wireless router. Is it possible to set up another wireless router(not an Apple)? Thanks!

You mean as a range extender? Not really, but then the Airport Express is so small and handy I have chucked everything else.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant add another wireless router to my setup.

I don't think it's possible to have them bridged together, or at least they don't play nicely. But it should be OK to have two independent routers each connected to one modem router.

Beware, however, that you will have to manually jump from router to router and from frequency band to band with the third-party gear.
