I just downloaded the trials of My3G and MyWi and was considering purchasing them. I have 2 iPhones and was wanting to know if I could just purchase one copy and use them on both phones or if I would need to buy one for each phone? Also if I needed to have my phone replaced, would I be able to re-download them again for free? Thanks in advance.

If you buy an app in Cydia it's linked to your Cydia ID, not the specific phone. For example, I bought Infiniboard for my iPad, and once I've logged into Cydia (using the same Google account) I see Infiniboard as already purchased on my iPhone (even though it's not available for iOS 4 yet).
As for Rock, I dunno, but I generally avoid Rock altogether after all the feuding with the Rock owner and various developers, including Comex himself. He tweeted he'd never release a JailBreak that bundled Rock instead of Cydia yesterday, and though I don't know the full story I lean towards Cydia and Comex.
Yes. I use my Cydia Store account and iTunes account on my iPhone and my girlfriend's iPhone.
Never used MY3G, but I know the license from MYWI is device specific. I don't see why you can't just transfer the license back and forth between the two. Just sign into Rock and it should do it for you.

The licence for each software is linked to your device ID number.
Where with cydia you can download and link a few iphones to your account using facebook or google to sign in.
does your cydia license only allow you to use a program on 3 devices? can you disable the license for a device if you plan on using more than 3 iphones/touches?
Im not sure if its 3 devices or more.
I think each app might have its own specifics but not 100%.
You can contact the dev and have them reset your linked devices if you bought a new phone or replaced/exchanged it a few times thru apple.
I was able to install 3G Unrestrictor on two iPhones. I just logged into my facebook ID when prompted and hit the link my device and then I was able to install on each phone. I had it installed on two other iPhones last year with no problems also.
