Is it possible to use a NTFS formatted external drive on both OSX and WinXP so I can read/write to it? If not, what would be the best solution besides creating (2) partitions on the drive, one for WinXP and one for OSX? I would rather not do this, since I may need to access the Mac files on my WinXP computer.

Is it possible to share (write to) a NTFS formatted Ext. drive with OSX & WinXP?

I only used it very rarely so don't have extensive knowledge on its reliability however it has worked perfectly every time I used it.
