ritsard macrumors regular Jun 18, 2009 100 0 SF Bay Area, CA Jul 7, 2009 #2 Yeah, you can erase and reinstall the OS on your mac. If you just want to get rid of unused programs, you can just trash them and look for their preference files. There are a lot of apps out there that can do this for you.
