Is it possible to switch plans on prepaid? On unlocked iphone 5. Like from straight talk to tmobile prepaid? And how?( just change the SIM card)?

If unsubsidized phone u can do anything u want.

If subsidized then you can only do post-paid.

OP states that the device is unlocked. The subsidy and the lock are two different things. They're typically related but not the same.

Exactly, so I ignored the irrelevant information and gave him what matters.

The subsidy is irrelevant; I have a subsidised unlocked iPhone and I can still put a different prepaid SIM in there.
