Is it possible to transfer active phone call from iPhone to AW3 LTE?

I know audio can be transferred to AW. This is not what I'm asking. I'd like to know if there is a way to move the actual phone call to LTE over AW say if your iPhone is dying due to battery running down etc. Wondering if there is a way to do this without dropping the active call. Thanks for any insight.

No. The Apple watch only supports call handoff from the watch to the paired iPhone.
