the first answer i will get from all of you is "its really easy your a dumbass" but the thing im trying to do is pretty hard. im trying to sync my contacts to my laptop but my iphone is synced to my desktop computer at my house and i am away at college. another thing is that it is not possible to sync my iphone with my desktop when i go home because my desktop will not allow me to update itunes, its still running itunes 7 and with the software update my iphone is rejected by the itunes 7 because you need to at least have itunes 8 to run an iphone 3g. is there anything i can do other then to just write all my numbers out by hand?

I used a free App from the App Store called ContactSync, it worked fine and backed them up to the ContactSync website (my.memova.com).

From there it's possible to export them on to the PC.
