is it possible to upgrade the mac graphics card after you purchase the item? the item im purchasing is iMac 2011 21.5
  • 2.5GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
  • 8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4GB
  • 500GB Serial ATA Drive
  • AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512MB GDDR5

The PCI-E Mobile Card (as I believe it is) is removable for the purpose of replacing the GPU. You could, then, upgrade...but really only to the next release of the 27" iMac, provided it uses the same connector.

It has been done, as there are vendors that sell Mac-ready GPU's, but it's definitely not supported and could be inadvertently broken by future firmware/software updates.
