Is it possible to upgrade to 7.0.6 from 7.0.4?

Im trying to upgrade to 7.0.6, since i dont want to lose the option to JB my phone, but I keep getting an error message from iTunes, saying that:

the iphone could not be restored. this device isn't eligible for the requested build

I tried removing a line from the host file in Finder, but I still get the same problem. Is there any other way around this?

No, this is not possible. You cannot upgrade to 7.0.6 since Apple released 7.1 and 7.0.6 has stopped being signed.
