Is it possible to use Macs DVD drive to install games onto a PC

Hey,

Question as above, I've just built a desktop without a DVD drive and was wondering if I could hook my MBP to it (either wifi or ethernet) and use the drive share to install games etc onto my PC (windows 7)

Can anyone tell me if this is possible?

If that PC has Firewire, yes. Target Disk Mode can help in that case.
There is also the option to Disk Sharing, but as far as I know, it only works with sharing the Windows PC's ODD to Macs.

Thanks for the reply, I dont have a firewire :/ so i think the first option is ruled out for me

And if what you suspect is true for the second method, then it wont be possible?
