Is it possible to view Photostream online?

I'd like to view my Photostream via a web address. Is this possible? I've shelved my PC and started using a Chromebook, so downloading the software isn't an option.

For "my photostream" - No
For any "shared photostream" - yes if you check the box to make it available on the web. You don't even have to truly "share" with anyone.
