How can I make a ring tone/sound bite for my cell phone from a movie without having to record it off of the tv with a microphone? Is it possible?

Do you have the DVD? If so, you could play it on your computer and use a program like Audio Hijack to rip the audio from it. From there, iTunes or another program could be used to convert the .mp3 into a ringtone.
